This session was so special as this family welcomed their second daughter. As a mom of three, I know how important it is to celebrate the relationships that my children have with each other. As I went into this session, I wanted to highlight this family’s special bonds and celebrate the joy they have.
I also wanted to make sure that the mom looked and felt her best. It can feel so overwhelming to plan outfits when you are newly postpartum, so I always offer myself available to chat through styling options before you give birth. I want to create a stress free newborn photo experience for my clients.
Mom wore a beautiful dress by Tuckernuck. The rest of the outfits were curated intentionally to create a light and bright look.

Each session was edited with The Archetype Process. I shot with my old Canon EOS M50 Mark II, but I have since upgraded to my Sony A7IV. I am loving my 35mm 1.4 Zeiss lens.

I’m Tate. I’m a Dallas based newborn & family photographer and have the joy of raising three babies with my college sweetheart.
As a former postpartum nurse turned family photographer, I have the unique ability to understand the highs and lows that come with motherhood. I offer family, newborn, maternity, and milestone photography. My hope is to help my clients feel beautiful, treasured, and valued for who they are.
